# Meteora - Force a Pool

Want the Farmer to enter a pool of your choice? Useful if you've browser Meteora and know which pool you want to trade, or if someone in Discord/Telegram has recommended a pool to trade.

**You have two options:**

* **Option 1**: Copy and paste the link into our farmer (requites you to access the Cloud PC where the app is running, and paste the link there). Video here - <https://x.com/SOL_Decoder/status/1885948945966432754>
* **Option 2:** Connect your Discord account with our app, and after you or someone else links a DLMM pool in Discord, you can click a button to instantly trade it

**And when using this, our bot will manage:**

* Buying the token for you, and opening the pool
* A take profit and stop loss for you
* Automatically claim fees & convert to SOL
* Auto rebalance when it goes out of range
* Reenter the pool after a take profit is hit

## **Option 1 - paste into app**

**When to use this?**

Use this if you're at your PC, and want to get into a pool while also fine tuning some of the settings

**How to use this?**

1. Open your Farmer and scroll to the bottom of the page
2. Find the **"Force Specific Pool"** option and click to enable it
3. Paste a link to the **Meteora** URL here
   1. We will use your above settings of the **size, stop loss,** **take profit,** strategy (ie. **Bid-Ask** or **Spot**), and step size etc...
4. Click **Add Liquidity** on the bottom

**Note:** If you want to exit the pool manually, you can now do this directly within Discord. Type **/stop\_loss\_all\_active\_terminals** in Discord to learn more

## Option 2 - click within Discord

**When to use this?**

Use this if you're on your phone or not at home.&#x20;

Use this if you are in a Discord which has our free bot (such as the Meteora, LP Army, Decoder, or Goose DAO Discord), and someone links a pool, and you want to get in with one click. Invite our bot here - <https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=927008889092857898>

Use this if you just want to DM our Discord bot a link, to quickly get into a pool.

**How to use this?**

1. In a Discord our bot is in, type '**/get\_encrypted\_discord\_key**'. Copy the key.
2. Open your Farmer app and scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Find the **"Force Pool - with Discord Bot"** option and click to enable it
4. Paste the encryption key

   1. We will use your above settings of the **size, stop loss,** **take profit,** strategy (ie. **Bid-Ask** or **Spot**), and step size etc...

5. Click **Add Liquidity** on the bottom
   1. Note this will start a terminal, which will wait for you to click a button in Discord to get into a pool. This terminal needs to be running for this to work
6. Now when you paste a link to the bot (which listens for Meteora links on any Discord channel it's in), or when you DM the bot a Meteora link, you'll see the below. Click on either of the buttons and you'll instantly get into the pool

**Note:** If you want to exit the pool manually, you can now do this directly within Discord. Type **/stop\_loss\_all\_active\_terminals** in Discord to learn more

**Want to click 1 Discord button, and have it enter into that pool on up to five different wallets?**

1. Choose your first Wallet in the "Select a Wallet" on top
2. In "Choose Size" - choose "Use Percentage" and choose a value
3. Enable the "Force Pool - With Discord Bot", and make sure your key is pasted
4. Click Add Liquidity. A terminal pops up, and shows you which wallet it's watching for pools on
5. Now repeat steps 1 - 5, choosing a different wallet for step 1

When you click on the button in Discord - all one to five terminals will instantly get into that pool.&#x20;
